After the free wait time has elapsed, additional fees may be charged for tolls, extra stops/routes, as well as any cancellations or modifications to the reservation within 24-48 hours of making the booking.

Airport drop off trips should be scheduled at least 12-24 hours before the departure, while airport pick up trips should be scheduled at least 24-48 hours in advance. If you require additional time at the airport, kindly inform us while making the booking. With no specific pickup instructions provided, our Chauffeur will be waiting for you at the kerbside 20 minutes after you have landed in a domestic airport. At an international airport, the Chauffeur will arrive 40 minutes after landing at either exit A or B. After collecting your luggage, kindly let the Chauffeur know you’re on your way to customs through a text message. As a gesture of hospitality, the Chauffeur will hold up a name board to welcome you outside the arrival exit A or B at an international airport.

Our team would be happy to assist you in opening a corporate account with us. All accounts need to be verified and payment terms are due 14 days from the date of service completion. Additionally, invoices for each customer and traveller are available, and a range of reports can be generated.

We accept payments through cash, credit card, paypal and bank transfer. During the booking process, we will ask for your credit card information (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners). There is a 2% surcharge on Visa and a 5% surcharge on MasterCard when paying through card. We store your card details as a guarantee for your reservation and charge you once the request is fulfilled.

Should there be a need to cancel, we would much prefer to arrange a service amendment to a later date rather than a full
cancellation. In the case of a cancellation, the refund policy is as follows: 24 hours or more in advance yields a full credit, with 50% credit for cancellations between 12-23hrs 59mins prior, 25% credit for 6-11hrs 59mins before, and 0% if cancelling within 5hrs 59mins. All refunds are issued as credits for a future booking with Luxury Chauffeur and Tours.
